One of my clients just forwarded me an email from his State Farm insurance agent and it says:
‘I need to know if you have a local property management company who monitors your Las Vegas properties? State Farm now requires our investment property customers who live out of state to have a local property management company unless you are able to go to your rental property every quarter to monitor your property.
